11th Gen Honda Civic Spotted in Pakistan
Honda is on the verge of introducing the latest 11th generation Civic in Pakistan, as camouflaged test mules have made their appearance testing on local roads for the first time.

The new Civic sedan is expected to be launched somewhere in mid-2022, which means that while Honda has been disappointing its B-segment customers by either dragging an older City model for over a decade & then replacing it with another globally retired product, it will be keeping its C-segment customers happy with updating the Civic strictly after the standard 6 years period as the current generation model was launched in Pakistan back in June 2016.
The latest generation of Civic debuted in the sedan guise in April 2021 boasting fully redesigned exterior & interior, upgraded powertrain, refined chassis, and new enhanced safety technologies. In terms of dimensions, the 11th gen Civic is 33 mm longer than before at 4,674 mm while the wheelbase is 36 mm greater at 2,736 mm. The 1,415 mm width and 1,801 mm height remain unchanged when compared to the 10th gen Civic we have here.https://www.face
Elsewhere, there are two engines offered with the new Civic. There is a 2.0L naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine good for 158 hp and 187 Nm while the 1.5L turbo has been tuned to deliver 180 hp and 240 Nm which is 6hp/ 20Nm more than the one that was deployed in the 10th gen Civic. According to the import data however, the one being tested in Pakistan is the 1.5L turbo variant.
With the introduction of new Civic, Honda aims to recapture its diminishing market share due to the presence of multiple crossover SUVs in the same price league. The current flagship 1.5L Civic Turbo already cost PKR 50.49 lac, the new model is likely going to be priced higher.
