2023 Hyundai Palisade Facelift Debuts at NY Auto Show
The 2023 Hyundai Palisade facelift has made its debut at the ongoing New York Auto Show. The flagship three-row SUV had made its world debut back in November 2018 and has been updated with a refreshed design as well as enhanced features more than 3 years after its arrival.
Among the design revisions, the new Palisade now gets a wider cascading grille with prominent parametric shield elements that extend towards the bonnet shut line. This is complemented by a wider lower intake featuring a more encompassing silver surround. The vertically-connected LED composite lights have also been redesigned which features thicker bars that make up the DRLs, while the main dual headlamps are tucked inwards of the DRLs and closer to the grille than before.

The rear end remains largely familiar but with slightly tweaked bumper now sporting a large skid plate in the lower apron. This is accompanied by square exhaust finishers as well as reflectors and reverse lights that are placed in a single file rather than being at the corners of the bumper. The updated Palisade also wears new 20-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.
Inside the redesigned dashboard gets slim air vents that span nearly the entire width of the dashboard to “add a sense of spaciousness” according to the South Korean automaker. There is a new multi-function steering wheel while a new interface design is also applied to the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and central touchscreen infotainment system.
